Narrative:

ILB Launched tonight at 1700 hrs to a car that had gone off the road at Douglas Terrace, West Ferry and ended up in the river.

The lady occupant was recovered by the ILB crew and passed over to paramedics.

The car was pulled out of the river by members of the crew and assistance was given by Tayside Fire Brigade.

The ILB stood by until the vehicle was recovered from the beach by a vehicle recovery service.

The boat was returned to station by 1810hrs.
